From the CWAC:

Below is the all-conference team for Central Washington Athletic Conference girls’ wrestling for the Winter 2021-22 season. Student-athletes were chosen based on seeding for their respective sub-regional tournaments, with wrestlers seeded among the top three in either the North or South sub-regional receiving all-conference recognition. Ephrata and Othello competed in the North sub-regional at Liberty (Spangle) on Feb. 5, while East Valley (Yakima), Ellensburg, Grandview, Prosser, and Selah competed in the South sub-regional at Richland.

The top state tournament finishers from the CWAC were seniors Marysol Flores of Ephrata and Alexis Monday of Othello. Both wrestlers placed second at Mat Classic XXXIII last weekend in Tacoma, with Flores in the 100-pound weight class and Monday at 115. Senior Cami Anderson of Prosser placed sixth at 120 pounds, while sophomore Kadie Mcmullen of Ephrata was eighth at 140.

Specialty award winners for Wrestler(s) of the Year, Coach of the Year, and the Team Sportsmanship Award were not selected, as the conference did not participate in a head-to-head dual meet schedule throughout the 2021-22 season. Please note that, due to the criteria listed above, not all weight classes are represented on the team and some weight classes are represented by multiple student-athletes.
