FFA officers present a check for $325.30 to the Jayda Harmon Cancer Fund as a culmination of its “Kiss a Pig” fundraiser.

Jayda Harmon was an Ephrata High School student who passed away in 2017 following a valiant but tough battle with cancer.  She was an awesome kid, student and athlete at

EHS.  As part of the fundraiser, longtime FFA advisor Kent Devine had promised the students that if they reached the goal he would “kiss a pig”.  He didn’t disappoint the crowd.  In addition to Mr. Devine, Mrs. Derr and Mr. Navarro joined in the festivities after additional funds were raised this morning.
